Workshop Registration
By registering for The World of the Spirit workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
Registration Fee
The registration fee for the workshop is $25 per person. This fee includes all workshop materials, refreshments, and lunch. Participants who are currently in treatment or residing in a sober house may register free of charge by selecting the appropriate option on the registration form.
Refund Policy
Refund Requests: If you need to request a refund, please contact us via email at theworldofthespirit@gmail.com. Include your full name and the email address used during registration.
Refunds Before the Event: Refund requests received before the start of the workshop will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
No Refunds After Event Begins: Once the workshop has started, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance or early departure from the event.
Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify the workshop schedule, speakers, or content as necessary. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Photography and Recording
To protect the anonymity and privacy of all participants, photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during the workshop without prior consent from the organizers and all participants present.
Confidentiality
All participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of fellow attendees. What is shared during the workshop should remain within the workshop. This is essential to creating a safe and supportive environment for all.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that interferes with the workshop experience for others may result in removal from the event without refund.
Liability
Participation in this workshop is voluntary. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. Participants attend at their own risk.
